Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  2. The product delivered was damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery.
  3. The product did not meet the quality standards promised.

Note: To be eligible for a return or refund, the issue must be reported within 2 hours of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  2. Orders that were accepted in good condition at the time of delivery.

4. Refund Process

If your return request is approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

  1. Online Payments: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  2. Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit within 7-10 business days.

Note: Shipping or delivery charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Meat By Basket.


5. Replacement Policy

Wherever possible, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund. Replacements will be delivered at no extra cost.
